Great food and people! My husband had been before but I had never been. We each ordered a side of the Tortellini Pasta Salad and a Half SoHo and Half Pastrami Reuben. 10/10 will return!

First off the beef vegetable soup was good !But while ordering my sandwich the gentleman working was making a few others at same time.He didn’t write down what I was asking for just repeated out loud .I had a simple request Turkey , Swiss lettuce tomato , mayo , and 2 slices of bacon .The guy asked me if I wanted two pieces of bacon and told me the price for 1. I said yes .Than he asked me if I wanted them hot or cold . How would I know this if he didn’t ask me ?I asked for hot .They served my sandwich without any bacon .When I went up to ask , they told me sorry, will take this one and throw away and make a new one .Than I overheard the same guy who took my order say I didn’t ask for bacon and that they weren’t making a new one .They bring out my same sandwich .U take my sandwich , carry it to the back saying your remaking it correctly than bring it back .They still only put 1 piece of bacon on it .Even more frustrating is the cash register gentleman says , I didn’t charge you for the bacon but I was told you didn’t ask for it .Why argue with me and embarrass a customer when I clearly did order , and maybe just maybe your worker forgot my add on since he didn’t write down and was busy making other sandwiches while taking my order .I got a little frustrated and again said to this cash register guy i definitively ordered the bacon. I guess he decided to back off at this point as he said , yeah the worker making sandwiches has made mistakes all day !I’m leaving this review as this was poor customer service !Long term customer , and left on a sour note !

Great place, even better food.You REALLY need to post a nutritional guide for us folks that need to watch calories or have allergies. That would make it even better. Keep up the good work!

I absolutely love this place. It’s a perfect lunch spot. The sandwiches are carefully created with purposeful ingredients. The homemade soups are wonderful on a chilly day. The cookies are a delicious sweet treat. The staff is phenomenal. They truly care that your dining experience meets their high standards. I eat here weekly and never get tired of the food. They have so many options!Highly recommend.

Very nice people...not rude at all. Pastrami was awesome.
